Indoor Mechanical LED Ring
A ring that opens, tilts and closes while the LED surface keeps running — the motion is the message, and the screen has to survive being driven by motors all day.

When the brief is a sketch on a napkin rather than a datasheet, this is the line that takes it.
Creative LED projects are judged on the thing nobody puts in a spec sheet: does it look like the render on opening night. Getting there means controlling the LED, the steel, the content mapping and the power sequencing as one system instead of four contracts.
We take on roughly twenty bespoke builds a year, from hanging LED clouds in a hotel atrium to kinetic panels that move with the music. Each starts with a feasibility call — what the shape demands, what the structure can carry, what the budget realistically covers — before anything is drawn.
Where the client already has a creative agency, we work as the technical partner: they own the idea and the content, we own the buildability, the pixel map, the rigging points and the commissioning.
The briefs that move fastest have four things: the physical space with dimensions, the intended viewing distance and angle, the content that will play on it, and a budget band. Missing content is the most common gap — a screen designed for generative visuals behaves very differently from one showing a 30-second brand film on loop.
Stock configurations below. Any diameter, outline or pitch is quoted from your file.

A ring that opens, tilts and closes while the LED surface keeps running — the motion is the message, and the screen has to survive being driven by motors all day.
The same mechanism sealed to IP65 for plazas and building entrances, where the ring becomes the moving part of a façade rather than a piece of interior sculpture.
A teardrop form that blends a spherical crown into a tapered body — used where the brief asks for water and a sphere reads too geometric.
A bust-shaped LED form for museums and brand installations, built from small high-density modules because facial curvature will not tolerate a coarse pitch.

Oversized can and bottle replicas with a live LED skin, used as retail props and product-launch objects.

A steel tree with LED-clad branches, built for atriums and plazas where the brief asks for something organic rather than a screen on a wall.
Arrays of motorised LED panels that tilt or rotate together, giving a wall that moves as well as plays video.

Free-form LED work built from your sketch, model or artwork: the shape is split into buildable module types and quoted per type, so the cost of the form is visible.
Any diameter, outline or pitch quoted from your own file. Tooling shown as a separate line so you can see what the shape costs.

Those two numbers decide the pitch, the cabinet count and most of the price. Send them and we will come back with a build.
