WCIMCI
A display factory with a workshop that takes odd shapes.
Shenzhen Weimei World Electronics Co., Ltd. has been building LED and LCD display systems in Shenzhen since 2011. This site covers the creative line — the part of the plant that cuts cabinets to a drawing instead of a stock size.
Why a separate line
Rectangular panels are a product you can put in a catalogue and sell by the square metre. A sphere is not. It needs its own tooling, its own structural calculation and its own commissioning engineer, and those things do not fit inside a standard SKU sheet.
So the creative work sits in its own team: two mechanical designers, one structural engineer, a pixel-mapping specialist and an installation crew that travels. The same people quote the job, build it and stand on site when it lights up.
What we actually make
Spherical displays from 0.8 m to 8 m. Shaped cabinets — cubes, cylinders, ribbons, cones, free-form. Custom installations where the brief arrives as a sketch. IP65 outdoor shapes with wind-load calculations. And the flat fine-pitch panels that most projects also need.
The factory runs SMT lines, die-cast cabinet tooling, a 200 m² ageing room and an assembly hall. Cabinets are test-built and lit before crating, which is the step most trading companies skip because they do not own the tooling.
Certifications
CE · RoHS · FCC · ISO 9001 · ETL

We also run a general commercial display operation at wm-lcd.com. Same company, same factory, different product focus.
What happens inside the plant.
Cabinet tooling
Die-cast moulds cut in-house for curved and irregular cabinets. Six to fifteen unique parts per shape, which is why tooling is quoted separately.
SMT and assembly
Six SMT lines, automatic optical inspection, and module assembly on the same floor as the cabinet shop — no third-party handoffs.
Test build
Every shaped order is assembled and lit in the workshop before crating, photographed, and the seam map is printed for the site crew.
Site commissioning
Engineers travel for spheres, façades and bespoke installs. Content load, control training and a signed handover are part of the scope.
