Shaped LED displays.
Any shape you draw.

Spheres, cubes, ribbons, letterforms and sealed outdoor displays — pixel-mapped, structurally calculated and commissioned by the team that builds them.

Product lines

Five ways to stop being a rectangle.

Creative LED is the main line. Conventional flat panels sit underneath it, because most projects need both.

Spherical LED Display

Spheres from 1 m to 20 m, indoor or IP65 outdoor, with every pitch from P1.5 to P10 on the same shell. 137 stock configurations, and any other diameter quoted from a drawing.

Cubes, cylinders, ribbons, cones, waves — anything that is not a rectangle, cut and tooled to your drawing.

Spherical LED

A ball built from curved cabinets, not bent panels.

Every latitude band has its own cabinet radius. That is the only way the seams disappear — and the reason a sphere costs what it costs.

From a 1 m table piece to a 20 m landmark, with the pixel map and the structural calculation in the same package.

Why us

The shape is the easy part.

Almost every failed creative LED project fails on structure, access or mapping — not on the LEDs.

01

Pixel map from CAD

The map is generated from the same file used for cabinet tooling, so what the designer drew is what the screen plays. No stretched edges, no clipped logos.

02

Structure in the quote

Wind load, anchor specification and a signed engineering pack where the site authority needs one. Returned with the price, not three weeks later.

03

Front service everywhere

Magnetic front-access modules on spheres, cubes and façades. A dead module comes out from a step ladder or rope access, with no scaffolding inside the shape.

04

One factory, five lines

Sphere, shaped, custom, outdoor and fine pitch come out of the same plant. Shared controllers, shared spare kits, one commissioning engineer.

How a build runs

Drawing to opening night.

Typical elapsed time for a bespoke indoor piece: 10–14 weeks. Stock shapes: 4–6 weeks.

Step 1

Brief and feasibility

Outline file, dimensions, viewing distance, content and budget band. We come back with what the shape can and cannot do before anything is drawn.

Step 2

Drawing and pixel map

Cabinet breakdown, seam placement, pixel map and mounting sequence, in about 72 hours for a concept drawing.

Step 3

Tooling and build

Moulds cut, cabinets cast, modules assembled and the whole piece test-built and lit in the workshop before it is crated.

Step 4

Commissioning

On-site assembly with your AV integrator, content load, control training and a 90-day remote support window.

Where they go

Indoors, and where it rains.

LED sphere in a shopping mall atrium

Retail and atrium

Atriums are the single most common home for a sphere, because the audience looks up from three floors and sees a complete object. Hanging height, glare control and content loops that work without sound are the three things that decide whether it feels premium.

Landmark and façade

Outdoor shapes carry wind loads a flat billboard never sees. We return the load calculation with the quote, specify 316 stainless and conformal coating for coastal sites, and design front service so rope access is enough.

Before you buy

Questions we get asked first.

Can any shape be made as an LED display?
Most 2D outlines and many 3D forms, yes — the limit is usually cost and structure rather than electronics. Tight concave radii, very small holes and compound curves are where quotes get expensive. Send the outline file and we will tell you which category your shape falls into.
What is the smallest order you take?
One unit. Roughly half of our creative builds are single pieces for a single site. Tooling is quoted separately so you can see exactly what the shape costs on its own.
Do you supply the content?
No, but we supply the mapping template and can pre-render your existing video into the native format of the shape. If you are working with an agency, we can join the design reviews at concept stage.
How long does a custom shape take?
Ten to fourteen weeks from drawing approval for an indoor bespoke piece, four to six weeks for a stock sphere or cube. Tooling is the variable — a new mould typically adds three weeks.
What warranty do you give?
Three years on modules, cabinets and power supplies, extendable to five. Spare modules are quoted with the order because on a sphere the shipping cost of a single module later is painful.

Send the shape. We will send the build.

DXF, AI, PDF or a photo of a sketch on paper. Include the viewing distance and whether it lives indoors or out, and the first response comes back with a price band and a feasibility note.
