OEM and ODM, on the same floor that cuts the cabinets.
Some buyers want our build with their name on it. Others arrive with a sketch and no idea how it will be made. Both run through the same workshop, and neither one starts at a thousand units.
OEM — your brand on our build
Start from one of our shapes: a sphere diameter, a cube, a disc, a ribbon. We change what the buyer sees — cabinet colour and finish, logo plate, packaging, manual, remote control branding, boot screen — and keep the engineering that already works.
Part numbers, carton marks and the manual all follow your template. Your customer never sees the WCIMCI name, and your sales team quotes from a price list you control.
ODM — your sketch, our engineering
Send a drawing, a photo of a retail fixture, or a paragraph describing the shape. We come back with the cabinet breakdown, the seam plan, the pixel map and a price, usually inside 72 hours.
Tooling is quoted separately and it is the honest variable in the whole project: a stock shape needs none, a new mould typically adds about three weeks. You own the drawing we produce for you.
Six things settled before you send a PO.
No asterisks, no volume tiers. These are the default on every quotation we issue.
Factory price, itemised
The quotation is split into cabinet and tooling, LED modules, control system and freight. If the budget moves, you drop a line item instead of renegotiating the whole number. The same cabinet costs the same whether the crate carries your logo or ours.
Same-day reply, named engineer
You get one engineer on the thread, not a shared sales inbox. Most enquiries are answered the same working day; a concept drawing and pixel map follow within 72 hours. If the shape cannot be built at the price you need, that answer comes in the first reply, not in week four.
OEM and ODM under one roof
OEM: our stock shapes with your logo on the cabinet, your manual, your packaging and your part numbers. ODM: you send a sketch, we cut the tooling and hand back a finished product you can sell as your own. Both run on the same assembly floor.
One unit is a real order
There is no separate sample line. A single unit goes through the same tooling, the same test build and the same ageing bench as a production run, because a sample only tells you something if it is built like the batch. Small orders of three to twenty pieces quote inside the same band.
Air or sea, your call
Samples and urgent pieces fly, typically three to seven days door to door. Containers go by sea, twenty-five to forty days depending on the port. EXW, FOB or CIF — if you have a forwarder we ship on their account and send the packing list the same day.
Three-year warranty
LED modules and power supplies are covered for three years. Spare modules ship inside the crate, sized to the build — a 3 m sphere carries more than a 1 m one. Physical damage, water ingress on indoor units and third-party repairs are not covered, and we say that up front.
What a one-unit order actually looks like.
Same process, smaller crate. Only the schedule changes.
| Minimum order | 1 unit, sample or production |
| Tooling | Quoted separately. Zero on stock diameters and stock shapes; a new mould typically adds about three weeks to the schedule |
| Stock shapes | 4–6 weeks from drawing approval |
| Bespoke shapes | 10–14 weeks from drawing approval, tooling included in that window |
| Sample build | Same line, same test build, same ageing bench — photographed before it is crated |
| Spares | Spare modules and one spare receiving card travel inside the crate |
| Packing | Plywood crate, foam-lined, cabinet edges protected; sea freight adds a moisture barrier |
What the warranty covers
- LED modules and power supplies, three years from the shipping date
- Control system and receiving cards, same period
- Spare modules shipped with the order, so a swap does not wait for a courier
- Remote diagnosis with the site engineer, and replacement parts dispatched by air
What it does not cover
- Physical damage, impact, or a cabinet opened on site by a third party
- Water ingress on an indoor-rated build used outdoors
- Power surges and unstable mains where no surge protection was fitted
- Content hardware and software you supply yourself
The four questions that arrive first.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Can our logo go on the cabinet and the packaging?
How do samples ship?
What does the three-year warranty actually replace?
Send a drawing. Get the freight line in the same quote.
Shape, size, quantity and destination port is enough to start. We reply with a price, a schedule and the shipping cost, not a request for a meeting.
